# Stop Overpaying for Supplements

 Last Updated: 2026-08-28

## How It Works

We analyze nutrition labels and calculate price per 100g of active ingredient. This reveals the true cost, stripping away marketing gimmicks like '30 servings' vs '2lb tub' to show you the real value.

We calculate the true cost by active ingredient, not marketing claims. Compare supplements fairly.

### The Problem With Supplement Labels

Supplement companies manipulate serving sizes to make their products appear cheaper. A "30 serving" tub might have 25g scoops while a competitor's "20 serving" tub has 35g scoops. Marketing claims like "best value" mean nothing when the math doesn't add up.

Price per serving is misleading. Container price doesn't account for concentration. The only metric that matters is price per 100g of active ingredient.

### Our Solution

We analyze nutrition labels and calculate the cost of pure active ingredient. For protein powder, we divide the container price by total protein content. For creatine, by total creatine. This levels the playing field and reveals the true value.

No sponsorships. No brand affiliations. Just data from nutrition labels and current prices.
